You have up to 14 days after receiving your order to cancel it. You can find all the details about your right of withdrawal here:

Please do not send the goods back to us freight collect - in this case, the parcel service usually incurs significantly higher costs, which we unfortunately have to pass on to you.

Please note that our food products and food supplements can only be returned in sealed/unopened condition. Opened or damaged goods are excluded from return.

Please make sure that the sender's address is clearly legible on your return and enclose the order number or a copy of the invoice.

As soon as we have received and checked the goods, you will immediately receive your refund via the originally selected payment method.


Your goods arrived damaged? The quality is not right? We are very sorry to hear that!

Please send us an email with your order number in the subject line to [email protected], describe the defect and attach photos. We will contact you as soon as possible to find a good solution for you.

In the event of a warranty claim, we will handle the return shipping and ensure that you receive a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Please do not send us your complaints carriage forward - wait until we have sent you a shipping label. We cannot cover the costs for shipments sent freight collect.
